Remote Support

It may not be necessary for us to visit your place of work or home to resolve your problems. If you have a working Broadband internet connection we can provide remote support by connecting to and taking control of your computer no matter where you are!

We charge £0.60 per minute with a minimum charge of £15 for a remote support session. New and existing clients can make a payment through Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to use this facility). See below for further details.

We are currently evaluating TeamViewer 6 remote access software, it allows us to take remote control of any computer as if we were sitting right in front of it - even through firewalls. All we ask you to do is install a small client application, which does not even require installation or administrative rights.

How do we connect to your PC or Laptop?

It only takes a minute or two for us to connect to your PC. It is highly likely that we would be speaking on the phone, so we could talk you through the process in any case.

  • Click on the "Download Remote Support Client" button below.
  • Either save the file to your download directory or desktop and run it from there, or open the file immediately.
  • Tell us the ID and password that are displayed on your screen.
  • Once we have entered in the password, we'll have full remote access to your PC.


We charge £0.60 per minute for remote support between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday - Friday. We also offer remote support outside of these hours by prior arrangement only.

Our minimum charge is £15.00 for all remote support sessions.

Charging starts only after you have downloaded and started the remote client software (there is no need to install the software) and we have agreed a start point.

Both existing and new clients are welcome to have the use of our remote support service. New clients are required to make an initial minimum payment of £15.00 which can be made with a credit or debit card via Paypal (you do not need to have a Paypal account).

Remote Support without installation

With TeamViewer we can remotely control any PC anywhere on the internet. No installation of the client software is required.

Highest security standard


TeamViewer includes full encryption, based on RSA private-/public key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding. This technology is based on the same standards as https/SSL and is considered completely safe by today's standards.

The key exchange also guarantees a full client-to-client data protection.

Access Protection

TeamViewer generates a session password that changes with every software start to provide additional security against unauthorized access to a remote system.
Security relevant functions like file transfer require additional, manual confirmation of the remote partner.
Also it is not possible to invisibly control a computer. For data protection reasons the person sitting on the remote computer has to be able to detect when someone is accessing the machine.

Code Signature

All program files are secured using VeriSign code signing technology. This allows you to verify the origin of the executables you received.

Works behind firewalls

One of the major difficulties in using remote control software are firewalls and blocked ports, as well as NAT routing for local IP addresses.
As we use TeamViewer we don't have to worry about firewalls: TeamViewer will find a route to your PC.


Just to reiterate, we can NOT access your computer without your permission, as you have to download and run the client software, then tell us the Partner ID and password displayed on your screen.
The password is generated by TeamViewer and it expires at the end of every session.
